Finding and killing locked sessions

Because of Oracle internal locking, there are times when it is useful to be able to locate and kill Oracle sessions that are locking database resources.
The LockedSessions.sql script, which applies to all Oracle versions, can be run to locate sessions that are holding locked resources.
